This policy explains what personal data iwin.in ("we") collects, why, and your choices. We aim to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and with other privacy laws that apply to visitors.

Data we collect

Data you give us through forms: name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, level, state, interests, and anything you write in a message, application, entry or pledge.
Data stored on your device: saved listings, deadlines in the planner, quiz scores and theme choice are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.
Usage data collected by our service providers through cookies, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

How we use it

To reply to messages, review listings, sponsorship inquiries, job applications and challenge entries
To send a payment link when you pledge support
To improve the site and keep it secure

We don't sell your personal data.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and videos by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which loads only when you press play.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to iwin.in and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses data from partner sites.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform before personalised ads are used.

Retention

We keep subscription data until you unsubscribe, and other submissions for up to 24 months unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent or raise a grievance through our contact form (choose "Privacy request"). We respond within 30 days.

Children

Many opportunities are for school students. Users under 18 should use iwin.in with a parent or guardian's involvement, and we ask for guardian consent before accepting challenge entries from minors. We don't knowingly use children's data for targeted advertising.
